The maximum allowable working pressure in the technical parameters of the valve refers to the working pressure at normal temperature. The mechanical strength of the valve material decreases with the increase of the temperature, so the allowable working pressure of the valve will decrease with the increase of the medium temperature. In addition The maximum working temperature of the medium is also limited by the temperature resistance of the packing. For valves with non-metallic elastic seals, the temperature resistance of the sealing material is also limited. In order to extend the service life of the valve, the gate valve and ball valve shall be fully opened and fully closed. It should not be partially opened for throttling. This is because the rolling medium will erode the sealing surface of the ram and the ball when it is partially opened. When there are impurities in the medium, this erosion effect will be greater. The valve shall not be disassembled and installed as far as possible during installation. If disassembly and installation are required, please make sure to make identification. Especially for gate valves, the direction of the gate after reinstallation shall be the same as that before disassembly. The valves for water heating are not allowed to be used on the pipelines conveying combustible gas and corrosive medium. If they need to be used in the above pipelines, it is recommended to purchase special valves, such as gas ball valves and stainless steel valves.
